To be successful, a website needs to be optimised so that it can be found when potential customers type their search criteria into a search engine like Google.
When we build your site, we include the basic criteria, appropriate keywords and meta data. We also offer a comprehensive Search Engine Optimisation Package to improve your site’s search engine rankings. There is, of course, no guarantee that your site will appear on Page 1 of Google, for example. There are many factors which influence search engine results, not least the amount of competition for the keywords you are using.
We have had some excellent results for many companies in different business sectors and would be happy to provide examples, if required.
Our Optimisation Package includes an analysis of your website to compare your site with the competition in your sector, and then amend pages on your website where required to increase appropriate keyword density. It can take time for the changes to take effect, usually a couple of weeks.
Ignore any companies claiming to get you to number one in 24 hours, it just won’t happen!
Once your site has a good ranking it is necessary to maintain its position. We offer either a one-off service, as described above, or an ongoing monitoring service, including monthly analysis, optimisation and resubmission service to ensure that your website remains as high as possible in the listings.
The cost varies based on your business sector and the competition for the keywords you choose, but will be from £300 for the one-off service, and from £50 per month for monthly monitoringand keeping you on page one.
